Temidara’s career did not begin with a perfectly mapped international plan. It grew through service, deliberate learning, difficult transitions and a willingness to make each season of work count.
Before specialising in the US renewable energy market, she recruited across 20 African markets, with Nigeria and Kenya forming a significant part of her experience.
Her work has spanned technology, fintech and payments, agriculture, hospitality and cryptocurrency. Today, she supports complex senior and executive hiring within utility-scale renewable energy in the US.
